SOS-SRF exists to provide monetary assistance for extraordinary medical expenses for Siberian Huskies in rescue. In the past we have assisted with heartworm treatment, eye operations, orthopedic surgery and other treatments. Each case is different and each case may receive funding from many sources including the SHCA and members of Sibernet-L, as well as ourselves.

Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to fund individual owners of dogs with medical problems. Our focus is on assisting rescue dogs. Please see the "Help for Personal Dogs" link to the left if you own the dog.

If you need assistance from us, please review our funding requirements by clicking on the link to the left. A link on the funding requirements page will take you to the application itself.

The Siberian Husky Club of America's Trust provides Spay/Neuter Grant and Emergency Medical Grants for purebred Siberian Huskies. You can apply to them for assistance in addition to applying to us. Their grant applications can be found by clicking here.

To date, your contributions have directly benefitted over 710 Siberian Huskies. Please visit the links to the left to review what we've done so far - the most recent ones can be seen by clicking here.

Thanks to the people involved in these rescues and to the sibernet-l e-mail list for the information on these pages and to Ursula Rempel for providing the write ups.
